Where do we ship?

Fit Rebelle ships products worldwide, using the most appropriate logistics provider such as DHL, FedEx, UPS, Correos, Hermes, DPD, RoyalMail etc. The shipping price depends on your location. See the list here.

Where is my item coming from?

About half of our inventory is sold from our warehouses in the Netherlands, and the other half is fulfilled from our warehouses in Singapore and China.

Sometimes, your order may come in different packages at different times, when shipped from different warehouses. 

How long does shipping usually take?

We ship anywhere in the world so it will depend on your country of residence as not all of our merchandise ship from the same warehouse. We want to make sure you get your items as quickly as possible so we process orders between Monday and Friday. Orders will be processed within 2-3 business days from the order date and shipped the next day after the processing day. Please note that we don't ship on weekends.According to our results on delivering more than 25,000 orders, it may take anywhere from 6 - 40 days on average. This is highly dependent on the customs and import process in your country.

How do I cancel an order?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately to support@fitrebelle.com or through our Facebook page and it must before 24 hours has passed that is the time we take to process the order. We process and ship orders quickly. Once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes. 

Please note that any orders that have already been packed or shipped cannot be canceled.

What is our refund policy?

We will refund your purchase if you are not 100% satisfied within the first 30 days. We will replace any product that is determined to be faulty or failing within this time. Simply contact us through the website and we will provide you a return address. We will refund the original order price plus the cost of return postage (please include the postage receipt with your return).

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept payment with Visa, Mastercard, Amex, and Apple Pay. If you have an issue at checkout, please contact our support team at support@fitrebelle.com or through the Messenger app.

How safe is my info and credit card details?

We hate spamming as much as you do so we will ensure to never abuse of, or sell your personal information with any person, business or organization.

As for your credit card details, we run our store on a world class platform, Shopify which runs some of the world's biggest online stores, and we use top of the line security and payment providers such as Stripe and Apple Pay. We have complete faith in our platform and systems.
