For items fulfilled from our Dutch warehouse 

  • We ship products worldwide from our warehouse in the Netherlands using leaders in the logistics industry including DHL, Hermes, Correos, Royal Mail, and DPD.
  • The shipping cost depends on your location.
  • Items fulfilled from our EU warehouse are delivered within 2-7 working days, depending on your location.
  • You will know the products included in your order are fulfilled from our EU warehouse when you see the sign "EXPRESS SHIPPING" on the product page and at checkout.
  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can trace your order through our logistics partners.
  • IMPORTANT: When you place an order before 4:00pm (UTC +1:00), we dispatch your order the same day.

For items fulfilled from our Asian warehouses 

Our products fulfilled from our warehouses in Singapore and China are delivered within 10-45 days worldwide FREE of charge. The time of shipping for those products are as follows:

  • You will know the products included in your order are fulfilled from one of our Asian warehouses when you see the sign "FREE WORLDWIDE SHIPPING" on the product page and at checkout.
  • After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can trace your order through our logistics partners.
  • Processing time is about 2-3 days, from Monday to Friday.
  • We use the fastest logistics providers to cut down shipping time as much as possible. 
  • If you haven't received your tracking number within 10 days, please email us at support@fitrebelle.com and a member of our support team will assist you.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

If you are not at home when your parcel is due to be delivered, it may be left in a safe place which will be advised on a delivery note posted through your door by the courier.If there is no suitable place for the delivery, the courier will leave a card instructing you on how to rearrange the delivery for your parcel.If your parcel hasn’t arrived and there is no card posted through the door with instructions on it, please contact the courier with your tracking number to rearrange delivery. 

Customs & Import Fees

As all orders are shipped directly from the Netherlands or Singapore/China, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the package reaching the destination country. You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is necessary to release your order from customs. The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The carrier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if required. Fit Rebelle has no control over customs and import tax and we can't tell you exactly how much you will be charged as customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in. 

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Fit Rebelle, a shipping & handling fee will be deducted from your refund. If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.
